On the fourth day of Chief Minister Balochistan Gold Cup Hockey Tournament 21, three more matches were decided. Islamabad beat Sindh Colors by two goals to nil. National Bank defeated Balochistan White by 12 goals in a one-sided contest. In the third match played today, Pakistan Army defeated Port Qasim by one goal to nil after a tough contest. Arsalan Qadir of National Bank completed the fourth hat trick of the tournament by scoring a total of 04 goals today.
The first match of Chief Minister Balochistan Hockey Gold Cup 21 was played today between Islamabad and Sindh Colors which Islamabad won by two wickets. Usman Ali scored both goals for Islamabad. The match was supervised by umpires Sajid and Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din while Sabteen acted as reserve umpires. The technical officials of the match were Shiraz Khurshid, Yaqub Ali and Tahir Mahmood while the technical officer was Sheikh Ali Abid.
In the second match played today, National Bank defeated Balochistan Whites by 12 goals to nil after a thrilling contest. On behalf of National Bank, Arsalan Qadir completed the fourth hat trick of the tournament by scoring 04 goals while Ali Raza, Naveed and Dilbar Hassan scored 2.2 goals each besides Amir Ali and Abuzar scored one goal each. The match was supervised by umpires Fahad Ali and Mohammad Azeem while Manan was the reserve umpire. The technical officials of the match were Shafqat Hussain Malik, Mohammad Shakeel and Mohammad Idrees while Munawar Hussain performed the duties of technical officer.
The third match was played between Pakistan Army and Port Qasim which was won by Pakistan Army after a tough contest. Ali Haider scored the only goal for Pakistan Army in the last moments of the match. The match was supervised by international umpires Haroon Rashid and Mazhar Wasim while the responsibilities of reserve umpire were performed by Wali Muhammad. The technical officials of this match were Ali Abbas, Muhammad Ali, Fahad Ali while the duties of technical officer were performed by Hamza Tufail.
Olympian Anjum Saeed is the Tournament Director of this tournament while Dr. Majid Ali and Aslam Khan Niazi are the Assistant Tournament Directors while Kamran Sharif is performing the duties of Empire Manager.
02 matches will be played tomorrow, March 27. According to the schedule, the first match will be played tomorrow at 13:30 between Punjab Keller and Azad Jammu and Kashmir and the second match will be played between Port Qasim and Sindh White at 15:30.
