Event Hosted by Mari Petroleum Company Mari Petroleum Astroturf Hockey Stadium Ayub Park Rawalpindi to supervise the ongoing PHF Premier Domestic Event has been assigned the responsibilities of Tournament Director by Pakistan Hockey Federation Syed Hassan Zahir Shah while Hassan Akhtar Chaudhry , Dr. Ahsan Tanveer and Mohammad Yaseen have been appointed as Assistant Tournament Directors. Rashid Butt has been appointed as the umpire Manager of this event.
The first match of the fifth day of the event was played between Pakistan Army and Pakistan WAPDA in which Pakistan WAPDA defeated Pakistan Army 3-4. Aleem Bilal scored two goals, Aleem Usman and Taswar Abbas scored one goal each for Pakistan WAPDA while Wasim Akram, Mohammad Farhan and Ali Haider scored goals for Pakistan Army. This match was played by umpires Atif Malik and Sohail Janjua. Supervised while Mahmood was the reserve umpire. The judges were Javed Sadiq and Shafqat Malik while Hamza performed his professional duties as a technical officer.
The second match was played between National Bank of Pakistan and Port Qasim. Muhammad Dilbar scored one, Arsalan Qadir scored two, Bilal Qadir scored two, Shaun Irshad, Faizan and Abu Bakar scored one goal each for National Bank. The only goal was scored by Sami. The match was supervised by umpires Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din and Faisal while Sohail Janjua was the reserve umpire. The judges were Haroon, Shahid Gul and Zahid while Shafqat Malik performed his professional duties as a technical officer.
The third match was played between Pakistan Navy and Sui Southern which Sui Southern won 0-4. For Sui Southern, Ahmed Nadeem and Ghazanfar scored one goal each while Mubashir Ali scored two goals. The match was supervised by umpires Waqas Butt and Amir Hamza while Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din was the reserve umpire. Ali Abbas and Zahid acted as judges while Shahid Rabbani performed his professional duties as a technical officer.
The fourth match of the event was played between Mari Petroleum and Pakistan Police which Mari Petroleum won 1-6. From Mari Petroleum, Arbaaz Ahmed scored three, Abdul Rehman two and Umair Sattar one. While the only goal by Pakistan Police was scored by Umair during the penalty corner. The match was supervised by umpires Yasir Khurshid and Mubashir Ali while Mazhar was the reserve umpire. The judges were Shahid Rabbani and Shafqat Malik while Ali Abbas performed his professional duties as a technical officer.
The fifth match of the event was played between Pakistan Air Force and Punjab. Pakistan Air Force won 0-3. Noman scored one goal while Abdul Rehman scored two goals for Air Force. The match was supervised by umpires Sabtin Raza and Mahmood Ali while the reserve umpires were. The judges were Saqib Niaz and Mohammad Yaqub while Hamza Tufail performed his professional duties as a technical officer.
