Punjab C won the second semi-final of the Under-16 National Hockey Championship 2020 organized by Pakistan Hockey Federation. The final match between Punjab A and Punjab C will be played tomorrow at 2.00 pm.
Secretary General of Pakistan Hockey Federation Olympian Asif Bajwa was the special guest of the second semi-final. He was accompanied by Chairman Selection Committee Olympian Manzoor Jr., Member Olympian Khalid Hameed, Olympian Nasir Ali, Chairman Provincial Hockey Association and former I.G.Police Muhammad Saeed Khan. Tournament Director Syed Zahir Shah, PHF Director Coordination Major (R) Javed Manj, KPK Hockey Association Secretary Hidayatullah, Sindh Hockey Association Secretary Ramzan Jamali, Baluchistan Hockey Association Secretary Amjad Satti, Punjab Hockey Association Secretary Associate Secretary Rai Usman Akbar was also present.
The second semi-final was played between Punjab C and KPKA which Punjab C won 2-4. For Punjab C, Hamza Faiz scored two goals, Hussain Amin and Abdul Qayyum scored one goal each. Saadullah and Usman scored one goal each for PKA. The umpiring duties of the match were performed by Mazhar, Mohammad Haroon Reserve umpire Mubashir while the judges were Mohammad Yaqub, Ijaz Ahmed and Mohammad Hamza were the technical officers.
